Commercial Building Surveying (approx. 50%)
Experience: MRICS Building Surveyor (min. 5–7 years PQE)
This position blends two core areas: commercial consultancy and complex-loss reinstatement. It is suited to someone who enjoys technical variety, client leadership and the chance to help shape a growing service line.
If you’re an ambitious MRICS Building Surveyor ready to take on an Associate or Associate Director role with variety, autonomy and real room to grow, this is an outstanding opportunity.
Insurance experience is useful but not essential—what matters is technical robustness, professional confidence and project leadership ability. Full training will be provided.
- Experience with large or complex projects (insurance reinstatement desirable but not required)
- Technical due diligence (acquisition & vendor)
- Confident communicator able to advise clients and lead teams
- Defect diagnosis on complex commercial structures
- Strong defect diagnosis, reporting and project management skills
- Proven delivery of professional and project services in a commercial environment
- MRICS (essential)
- 5–7+ years PQE with strong technical grounding
- Strong organisational and commercial awareness

Salary: £65,000–£85,000 + bonus (typically c.20%)
