Complies with industry standards/regulations related to Corporate records (i.e., FERC, PUC rules, etc.) Maintains control files of inactive records.
Performs clerical functions for the issuing of bids, negotiations and contracts. Proofreads, prepares and submits vendor copies of inquiries and purchase orders.
Processes paperwork and invoices related to vehicles, vehicle retirements, accidents, inspection records and the maintenance of fuel levels. Performs Maximo data entry.
Assists in preparation for equipment clearance request for line clearance and street openings and traffic diversion permits. Distributes drawings to contractors, DLCo construction inspectors and office copies. Tracks contractor labor charges, maintains reports on manhole jobs and vegetation.
Responsible for maintaining expected levels of confidentiality.
Performs electronic data entry, retrieval, analysis and support functions.
Procures emergency permit cards from the State and processes R/W requests, foreign attachments, design one calls and WMIS releases, interfaces with other utilities.
Data entry as it relates to meter information and associated equipment into DISCuS System.
Performs data entry pertaining to purchase orders, purchase requisitions (including changes), releases, invoice reconciliation and payment within and outside of the SCIM system. Receives and logs incoming vendor quotations, performs status calls to vendors and logs packages on line. Enters invoice payment authorizations and assists in maintaining associated records.
Updates and rectifies indexes and maintains files for industry organizations.
Processes incoming records, fills retrieval request, transmittals, record verification and resolves discrepancies. Coordinates approval of the scheduling, monitoring and destruction of records. Maintains active and complete job files.

Must have current valid driver's license. ** Ability to support department and drive a mid size vehicle (Ford Hybrid Escape) across our service territory as needed.

Education equivalent to graduation from high school.
Demonstrated ability to cooperate with others.
Must be able to pass the company administered standardized test. (SASS)
Must have at least 2 years clerical experience.
