Partner with data engineers and analysts to validate data sources, calculations, and business logic used in dashboards
Optimize dashboard performance through efficient data modeling, query design, and visualization best practices
Document dashboard logic, data definitions, and user guidance to support sustainment and knowledge transfer
Support user feedback and enhancement requests; iterate on dashboards to meet evolving mission needs
Translate business and operational requirements into effective visualizations that communicate trends, performance metrics, and risks
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, and related visualization tools
Implement standardized visual design patterns, filters, and drill-down functionality to ensure usability and consistency
Conduct data validation and troubleshooting to resolve discrepancies between source systems and dashboard outputs

Experience working with multiple data sources and understanding basic data modeling concepts.
Ability to troubleshoot performance, data accuracy, and visualization issues independently.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Navy logistics, supply chain, or financial data is a plus
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices for presenting complex information clearly.
Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
2–5 years of experience developing dashboards and reports using enterprise BI tools
Working knowledge of SQL and relational data concepts
Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Qlik and Power BI; familiarity with Tableau or similar tools.
Experience with Qlik Sense and Power BI in production environments
Familiarity with DoD data platforms such as Advana/Jupiter is a plus
Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to write and interpret SQL to validate data, create calculations, and support dashboard development.
