Create visual dashboards and reports to communicate performance trends and opportunities.
Analyze and report on metrics related to meter reading accuracy, completion rates, and exception handling.
Lead meetings, present findings, and interpret data.
Independently plan and execute tasks supporting non-routine activities and projects.
May coordinate activities of other personnel and report to Managers/Directors.
Provide ad hoc analysis and respond to data requests from internal stakeholders.
Track and evaluate field collections data, including success rates and customer engagement outcomes.

Familiarity with field operations, utility services, or customer service environments.
Demonstrated familiarity and comfortability with Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and Excel; experience with BI platforms is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience
Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and influencing decisions.
Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
