Collaborate effectively across functions, working closely with R&D, supply chain, and regional commercial teams to ensure alignment and execution.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Global Product Manager to lead the evolution of our SpaceLogic Building Management Solution, a key component of the EcoStruxure™ Building portfolio.

Knowledge of HVAC, lighting control, IoT connectivity, or cloud integration.
Customer-facing experience (e.g., offer management, business development, customer engagement) providing market-driven insights.
3+ years of relevant experience as a Product Manager (or Offer Manager) in an HVAC, electrical, hardware, software, or control systems environment.
Familiarity with global roles and cross-cultural communication.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback and translate them into actionable strategies.
Own a key global responsibility for part of the SpaceLogic hardware for Building Management Systems.
Alternatively, 3+ years of experience launching products that can be controlled or interface with building management systems.
Experience in the BMS industry.
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical discipline (or equivalent experience). .
Knowledge of edge device infrastructure and deployment.
