Tower Telecom Technician

You’ll work outdoors on a variety of telecom sites and travel extensively across the CARTN Market. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of rigging techniques, tower safety, and installation practices, and thrives in a team environment while reporting directly to their supervisor.

Madysta Telecom USA is seeking dependable and experienced Tower Technician to join our growing team. This role is essential in building, maintaining, and upgrading wireless infrastructure, working hands-on at height to install antennas, lines, and equipment safely and efficiently.

• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• NWSA TTT1 or TTT2 Certification (Recommended)
• Familiarity with telecom safety standards and installation scopes
• Willingness to trave across East coast markets (If needed)
• Rigging knowledge and ability to perform line and antenna installations
