- Coordinate internal resources and external suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders in alignment with project plans and company standards.
- Support tendering and business development activities, including assisting with technical and commercial elements of bids as required.
- Work on varied, challenging automation projects with industry-leading clients and innovative technology.
- Lead the project team throughout the full lifecycle of automation/control projects, from tender and design through to implementation, commissioning, and handover.
- Lead on problem-solving, proactively addressing challenges and identifying opportunities for project improvements and cost savings.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring clear, regular communication throughout the project.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure completion on time, within scope and budget, while meeting client expectations.
- Champion health & safety, risk management, and quality assurance across all stages of the project, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

- From time to time, you may need to travel abroad depending on the project and it’s critical stage
- Eligibility to work in the UK and to obtain UK Security Clearance.
- Relevant experience managing technical or engineering projects within industrial automation, control systems, or related environments.
- Understanding and experience of control systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI) and their integration in the Food & Beverage (or similar) industries.
- Well-organised, able to juggle multiple projects and priorities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Full UK driving license and the ability to visit customer sites as required.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, MS Project) desirable.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with a collaborative, solutions-driven approach.
