What you would be doing

Obtain technical drawings and approvals to enable efficient site start
Ensure that working drawings are in accordance with the approved Planning Scheme
Respond to site queries and resolve technical/construction issues
Attend site progress meetings and carry out site inspections
Attend meetings at various stages of projects
Help prepare the design programme
Ensure all statutory enquiries, such as sewer connections and other section agreements are submitted and pursued for their timely return
Support in ensuring NHBC/Building Regulations applications to approval
Support in the preparation of technical specifications
Assist in preparing brochure plans, conveyance plans and sales area drawings
