Senior Project Manager (Hotel Construction)

Description

• Ensure that the work is in compliance with City or County requirements and building codes
• Accountable for key project details and completion that lead to client satisfaction.
• Responsible for schedules, change orders, billings, and monthly status reports.
• Perform cost estimating, budgeting and project forecasting.
• Manage project teams and multiple projects simultaneously
• Supervise and direct all aspects of construction projects and team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the Hotel / Hospitality Construction Industry and will be responsible for leading successful Ground-Up and Renovation Hotel Projects.

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.

• Able to communicate with the project team on key building information.
• Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports.
• 5+ years as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager managing projects for a reputable General Contractor, Developer, or Owner-Builder
• Bachelors degree in construction management or engineering (preferred)
• Experience working on Ground-Up and Renovation Hotel, Hospitality, and Restaurant Construction Projects
