Oversee paid media efforts (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) focusing on performance-driven results.
Identify opportunities for optimization and adjust marketing strategies to maximize ROI across various channels.
Lead the marketing efforts for new property takeovers, including crafting and executing media strategies for property launches.
Foster strong relationships with vendors, designers, photographers, and media partners to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to develop targeted digital campaigns that increase website traffic, generate high-quality leads, and promote brand awareness.
Coordinate and implement property photo and video shoots, creating compelling digital and print assets for property marketing campaigns.
Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure high-performance outcomes.
Present marketing results and strategy recommendations to senior leadership and property teams.
Provide actionable insights based on competitive analysis to refine marketing strategies and improve performance metrics.
Conduct regular market research to stay current with industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior.
Leverage social media platforms to drive traffic and engage potential residents, building a community around the property brand.
Provide detailed reporting on marketing performance, traffic sources, conversion rates, and budget adherence.
Collaborate with property management teams, sales, leasing, and external agencies to align marketing efforts with occupancy goals and business objectives.
Ensure websites are regularly updated with relevant content, imagery, and calls to action that align with business objectives.
Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
Ensure smooth transitions and effective marketing launches for newly acquired properties, including website creation or updates, social media rollouts, and press releases.

Proven track record in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage) and CRM tools.
3+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the multi-family.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of the multi-family housing industry and trends is highly preferred.
Expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, SEM, SEO).
Able to work full-time in our corporate office – Dallas, Texas (this is not a remote role)
