Ensures operations adhere to required regulations of all State Liquor laws.
In alignment to the brand framework, this role will focus on creating positive, memorable experiences for our customers, guests, residents and clients alike.
Maintains high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. Conducts regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health regulations and Green and Clean company standards.
Acts as a key point of contact for leading and assisting with recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training staff in accordance with company best practices.
Works in partnership with the Home team to ensure resident satisfaction and engagement.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or similar area of focus preferred
Displays proficiency in all operating systems, Restaurant 365, Kickfin, Cash Handling, Onboarding platforms, Upserve, 3rd Party Delivery Apps, Audio/Video, Lighting Controls.
ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required
Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Must have at least three (3) years of experience in a leadership role in the restaurant, bartending or hospitality industry.
TABC Certification where applicable
