Monitoring of re-certification notification letters in compliance with HUD and LIHTC regulations.
Review all inspections/audits and assist with corrections and correspondence.
Determination of eligibility for all new admissions in compliance with all financing programs.
Respond to inquiries, phone calls, correspondence, and email in a timely and responsive manner.
Maintain proper maintenance of tenant files and computer records to ensure accuracy according to HUD and LIHTC regulations. This includes renewing of contracts for Section 8 participants, including interims and re-certification/review of income and household composition.
Participate in all required company training requirements.
Monitoring of EIV master binders for compliance with federal regulations and requirements.
Attendance at supervision meetings and departmental meetings as scheduled.

Remain familiar with current U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ever changing Federal Regulations as they relate to LIHTC and Section 8 Housing programs
Strong computer literacy skills are essential to this position.
Knowledge of PBS8 and HCV in addition to the HUD and LIHTC.
Working knowledge of LIHTC and HUD programs required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Must be able to travel as needed
Affordable Housing Certifications a plus.
Able to work with minimum day to day supervision
