Infrastructure Support Specialist (228)
Environmental And Safety Solutions, Inc.
Provides environmental, health & safety consulting and compliance services to industrial and commercial clients.
Provide on-site IT support for local infrastructure, services, and end-users, with a focus on executive and VIP support.
Follow established IS&T standards, processes, and service level expectations.
Execute incident and service request tasks, including hardware moves, adds, and changes.
Provide timely and effective end-user support for hardware, software, operating systems, mobile devices, video conferencing, and other collaboration technologies (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Surface Hub).
Travel as needed to support regional offices or project job sites.
Maintain detailed documentation for support activities and infrastructure components.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic LAN/WLAN, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, file and print services issues (including Follow Me Print).
Assist with asset tracking and configuration management in ServiceNow.
Monitor, report, and improve user satisfaction and service delivery metrics.
Provide technical setup and on-site support for meetings, events, and conferences.

Minimum 1 year of experience providing hands-on IT support for end users in a professional environment.
Minimum 1 year of experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Minimum 1 year supporting executives or VIP users.
Working knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.).
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - OR - Minimum 7 years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree.
Familiarity with video conferencing and collaboration systems (Teams, Skype, Zoom, Surface Hub).
Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals (printers, scanners, monitors, etc.).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A+ Certification or similar IT credential is a plus.
Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
