Requirements

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

• Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate technical matters clearly and effectively
• A broad mix of professional instructions, including dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, PPMs, and party wall matters
• Consultancy experience, ideally within the London property and construction market
• MRICS qualification (essential for this role)
• Someone who enjoys working across a varied workload and contributing to a team-oriented environment
