Tasks

-Develop and maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships, especially when coordinating key pieces of work across the Capital Portfolio and through the provision of advice on best practice governance approaches. -Coordinates the preparation of and establishes the Governance Assurance schedule within the project including reporting, metrics and management of findings. -Supports complex organisational interactions that evolve from the participation of several functional teams and internal stakeholders. -Contributes to and implements the development, coordination, communication and concurrence with policies, standards, regulator and legal compliance. -Reviews and supports preparation or revision to policies and frameworks to ensure compliance with the Governance program. -Prepares and delivers reports on the effectiveness of the Governance Assurance program/plan implementation. -Manages the assurance program and assessments to verify the effectiveness of the Governance controls. -Champion a Risk Based approach to the assurance programmes. -Recommends actions for areas identified of concern. -Represents the project during external assurance audits conducted by regulatory agencies.

What You Bring

-Lead auditor in Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2015 preferred. -Skill in working and communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with other project disciplines and functional groups. Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members. -Broad knowledge of the quality principles/tools and their application to engineering, environmental, procurement, construction, testing. -Knowledge of current versions of the AS/NZS ISO Standards for quality management systems, including AS/NZS ISO 9001– Quality management systems. -Strong knowledge of quality management systems, audit methodologies, and regulatory frameworks.
