The Maintenance Manager will coordinate with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager to increase net operating income by safely maintaining the property’s interior and exterior to RPM standards while staying within budget. This role also supports resident retention by completing repairs promptly, safely, and efficiently.
The job involves walking, standing, climbing stairs or ladders, and lifting items up to 50 pounds, as well as operating power tools, ladders, lifts, and computer systems. Work is performed on‑site, often outdoors, and may include confined spaces, heights, and potentially hazardous areas.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of multifamily maintenance experience (or equivalent education), and at least one year of supervisory experience. EPA certification is required, CPO certification is preferred, and candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and possess a valid driver’s license.
