Proven proficiency in industry-standard software such as CYMCAP (cable rating analysis), CDEGS (grounding and electromagnetic studies), and PLS-CADD (overhead line design).
Strong technical leadership and project management skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and project partners, ensuring successful project delivery
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with eligibility for or possession of professional membership in a recognised institution.
Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in the design, development, and commissioning of high-voltage transmission and distribution systems.
