Manager – Commercial Transformation (UAE Nationals)

• Promote team development, mentorship, and ensure effective project execution through positive leadership
• Oversee the negotiation and management of concession agreements with carve-out companies
• Supervise the preparation and execution of the commercial transformation plan aligned with investment strategy
• Evaluate the financial and operational performance of carve-out entities and provide senior-level recommendations
• Lead and manage commercial transformation projects across RTA to achieve strategic and financial objectives
• Represent the department in key government committees, driving cross-entity collaboration
• Manage external consultants, investors, and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
• Ensure full compliance with governance standards, agreements, and performance KPIs

• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
