  • Support with training co-ordination, HERs/NERs portfolios.
  • Management and control of Plant and equipment. Including ordering and calibration.
  • Program Management - Building a program, Liaison with clients, Operatives and sub-contractors.
  • Stock management – including stock system management, booking in and out and goods.
  • Deal with external suppliers to ensure stock items are at the correct price and delivered at the correct time.
  • Ensure appropriate arrangements are in place to maximise stock availability to meet contractual/customer demands.
  • Work to and manage a master operative resource log.
  • Manage and control transport serving/maintenance booking ensuring all vehicle operational needs are met
  • Manage building maintenance and compliance.
  • Undertake stock control which would include manual handling and accounting.
  • Supply chain and sub-contractor co-ordination.

  • Experience/ability to control an asset logging or other database systems.
  • Knowledge in using general accounting software for raising orders.
  • Exceptional IT Skills. This would include web-based systems, database management systems, stock management systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation, guidance and good practise.
  • Experience in building management/asset management
  • A valid forklift licence is required.
  • Experience in the end-to-end delivery of material management, with knowledge of the supply chain and procurement processes required.
  • Program management, coordination experience.
