Identify and resolve contract issues and maintain accurate records and documentation
Build strong relationships with vendors, clients and internal stakeholders
Support improvements to processes that enhance contract compliance and project delivery
Review contract terms to ensure compliance with legal and commercial requirements
Work closely with project teams to support efficient and timely contract execution
Manage the full contract administration lifecycle including preparation, negotiation, execution and ongoing monitoring

Understanding of relevant legal, commercial and procurement requirements
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and contract management systems
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related discipline
Skilled in analysing information and solving problems
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator within the building industry ideally across apartment projects
