We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Structural Lead to oversee all structural engineering efforts in Arkansas. In this pivotal role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and mentor a growing team of talented engineers, driving the success of numerous high-impact projects. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of our structural engineering initiatives, not only within Arkansas but also across multiple states.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Arkansas, preferred.
- Familiar with DOT Design Guidelines and Standards, AASHTO LRFD Design Guidelines.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 10-20 years of progressive bridge/structural design experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- Strong verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as OpenBridge Designer, Merlin, LEAP Steel, CSi Bridge or other similar bridge design software.
- Proficiency in MicroStation, OpenBridge Modeler, and InRoads and/or Open Roads Designer.
- Experience managing a team of engineers
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working with ARDOT, preferred.
