Experience: At least 13 years of progressive consultancy experience, particularly in project management and client engagement and focusing on environmental due diligence, EHS compliance, and/or air quality.
Business Development: Proven record of successful business development, including building client relationships, generating leads, preparing proposals, and securing new projects.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills are crucial.
Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of EHS regulations, Multimedia permitting and compliance, Phase I ESA assessments.
Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree relevant to the field of consulting. For instance, environmental consulting requires a degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline.
