• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods.
• Create and process purchase orders accurately, obtaining all required approvals.
• Review supplier order attributes to monitor inventory needs and avoid stock shortages or excesses.
• Assist in price negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost‑effective purchasing solutions.
• Maintain precise records of purchases, supplier data, and transactions within the procurement system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business or related field is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in a purchasing or related administrative role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and basic procurement software.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to perform routine job tasks reliably.

Benefits
