  • Maintain customer satisfaction through timely and thorough communication with customers, municipalities and other governmental agencies such as DOTS, Counties, etc., including serving as initial contact for new business construction inquiries for developers, builders, homeowners, and Service Center personnel
  • Review and approve work orders, progress reports, field changes, invoices, as-built records and bid contracts to ensure compliance with company standards and policies
  • Influence external contractors who represent the company by exhibiting the organization’s values
  • Coordinate with internal and external service providers and support other units to take action in the field and ensure that work is performed as planned, permitted, and scheduled
  • Drive results through performance management of external and indirect resources including setting expectations, evaluating results, and taking corrective action as needed
  • Champion Quality Assurance (e.g., policies, procedures, standards) and Quality Control on all capital construction projects
  • Direct “root-cause” analysis on any self-inflicted gas damage or customer outage related to construction
  • Oversee construction of gas utility infrastructure for residential, commercial, and industrial properties, including supervising and inspecting all construction activities like safety, compliance, quality, locates and restoration

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Ability to walk construction sites and potentially drive for up to four (4) hours at a time
