Responsible for planning and prioritizing activities to ensure maximum productivity, with overall project control of quality, time and cost.
Detailed Construction Program preparation including scheduling and tracking.
Analyse delay/shortfall and prepare catch-up plans and develop project-specific planning procedures in line with established company procedures to ensure compliance.
Coordinate and facilitate smooth and timely delivery of drawings and decisions to ensure zero stoppage of construction, while understanding the sequence/workflow of construction activities.
Resource Management – requirement analysis, follow-ups, and determining manpower, equipment, and materials required as per the project lifecycle.
Prepare MIS for Work Reports and Cost Reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) and gather data/information to collate into one cohesive report for the Project Coordinator.
