Assistant Air Quality Consultant

Description

• Producing air quality, dust, odour and carbon assessments for a range of projects;
• Providing input to on bids and business development activities to secure work for the team;
• Managing own workload within defined budgets and programmes;
• Analysing and interpreting data from air quality monitoring surveys;
• Preparing and delivering air quality reports and figures;

Requirements

• Experience of liaising with stakeholders.
• Experience of dispersion modelling and assessment techniques;
• Proficient in standard IT applications, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
• Higher degree qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific subject;
• Continuous development and application of technical and digital skills.
• Knowledge of a range of air quality and carbon issues including relevant policies and standards
• Experience of analysing and interpreting data using spreadsheet and GIS based tools;
• Prior experience of working in air quality consultancy.
• Experience of using statistical analysis packages and/or computer programming language.
• Experience of working with other environmental specialisms.
