The manager will act as the primary liaison among legal, home‑building, asset‑management, and property‑management teams, reporting to the Managing Director of Disposition and senior executives. The position supervises two or more employees and may require overnight travel.
- Develop and execute disposition strategies to maximize BTR investment value and meet quarterly sale targets.
- Oversee the entire disposition process, including broker selection, offering material preparation, listing agreement negotiation, valuation target setting, investor tours, and tracking.
- Serve as liaison between legal, home‑building, asset‑management, and property‑management teams, communicating with senior leadership.
- Lead buyer due‑diligence by establishing data rooms, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating buyer inquiries.
- Analyze valuation drivers such as lease‑up rates, rental rates, operating expenses, cap rates, and IRR requirements.
- Interview and negotiate with potential buyers, manage contract execution through closing, and handle post‑closing obligations.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with investment brokers and investors; monitor market fundamentals and pricing trends.
- Attend industry conferences to stay abreast of BTR valuation trends.
- Coordinate with leasing and third‑party property‑management teams to maximize lease‑up returns.
- Ensure professional, ethical conduct to enhance customer goodwill and company profitability.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have seven to ten years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include a registered planner or engineer credential, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask with attention to detail. Proficiency with MS Office, email, and the ability to work an eight‑hour day are required.
