• Monitor and analyze project performance forecasts and provide direction for corrective actions.

• Recruit talented team members and ensure effective matching of staff to project size and complexity.
• Mentor, coach, and train project staff to meet or exceed RWE performance standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are understood, managed, and exceeded.
• Lead the identification and mitigation of project risks, schedule impacts, and budget challenges.
• Ensure all projects meet or exceed budget and profitability objectives.
• Lead the preparation and review of project schedules, budgets, and shortlist presentations.
• Provide high-level oversight of multiple projects from start to finish, including scope, budget, schedule, performance, and profitability.
• Assist in acquiring, defining, and budgeting new projects, ensuring alignment with profitability objectives and project complexities.
• Utilize strong business judgment to manage financial trade-offs, mitigate risk, and achieve profitability goals.
• Participate in bid proposal kick-off meetings and support development of proposal responses.
• Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, performance, expenditures, and potential issues.
• Evaluate personnel assignments for Project Managers and Superintendents and adjust as needed.
• Ensure consistent client satisfaction and pursue new business development opportunities to support company growth.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, including participation in owner and project meetings.
• Ensure seamless transition of projects from Preconstruction to Project Management and Field Operations.
• Foster opportunities for personal interaction with clients and associated partners (architects, engineers, brokers, and other stakeholders).
• Conduct quality reviews, oversee closeout processes, and ensure adherence to all corporate commitments.

Requirements

RWE Design Build is seeking an experienced Project Executive to join our growing team! This senior leadership role serves as the primary representative to RWE Design Build’s project management team and key liaison to our clients. The Project Executive will oversee all aspects of project delivery - from preconstruction through closeout - ensuring excellence in quality, safety, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in construction management with demonstrated executive-level responsibility.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and complex stakeholder environments.
• Proven success in client-facing leadership roles.
• Effective communicator with superior diplomatic skills.
• Self-motivated and confident with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven capability to win repeat business through outstanding performance and relationship management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build trust, resolve conflict, and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and partners.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams and influence key decisions.

• Experience managing multiple large-scale commercial projects, preferably in healthcare.
