What you would be doing
- Ensure submission at the prescribed dates of the required reports (HSE, Quality and Progress)
- Represent Worley in meetings with stakeholders
- Direct and control the activities of the assigned staff/employees and their functions to comply with the project requirement
- Ensure compliance with company’s construction methods, procedures, and practices in all respects, particularly those relating to Quality Assurance, Safety, Personnel & Industrial Relations; where these are found to be inadequate immediately report the deficiencies and suggest solution
- Maintain an inclusive environment within the CM team, guide and mentor the employees for their career growth
- Review the various contractor’s programmes to accomplish the work, including the construction schedules, manpower andequipment usage
- Implement the construction management processes and ensure compliance of quality standards
- Own the company budget for delivering the construction phase of the project. Monitor the budges versus expenditurestatement periodically and ensure necessary actions to remain within the allocated budget
- Ensure implementation of the HSE plan and lead incident free efforts
- Ensure timely resolution of issues during the construction phase and monitor corrective actions
- Lead the Construction Management team to discharge the contractual responsibilities during construction phase of the project
- Advise and assist Contractors in work methods
- Manage interface between various contractors/vendors
