Strong experience in leading the modelling, coordination and clash resolution of complex MEP BIM models through RIBA Stages 2-4
Effective and flexible communication skills and experience of working with a variety of collaborators.
Experience working with Autodesk products including Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud
Experience in managing your own resources on multiple projects and coordinating the resource requirements of other BIM technicians on projects
Experience of training both technicians and engineers
A understanding of ISO19650 Standards
Experience and awareness of automation tools
Ideally HNC, HND, or BEng in a relevant discipline.
