  • Advise clients on carbon disclosure frameworks such as CDP and GRESB, etc.
  • Problem Solving / Decision Making: Generate viable options for addressing problems. Consider the long-term implications of each option.
  • Support implementation of carbon management plans.
  • Advise on ESG risks, opportunities, and materiality assessments.
  • Integrate climate risk insights into ESG strategy, investment due diligence, and resilience planning.
  • Analyse asset-level exposure and vulnerability using climate scenario modelling and hazard data.
  • Develop and implement ESG strategies aligned with the clients' industry, business model, and UAE Vision 2031, the UAE Net Zero by 2050 initiative, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Guide junior team members within the project team
  • Strategic Vision / Planning: Contribute to the data analysis development of reports and presentations used in the strategic planning process for specific division.
  • Client Focus / Relationship Building: Maintain and strengthen high levels of Client satisfaction and feedback. Preparation of proposals and seeking and winning new work.
  • Prepare ESG and sustainability reports aligned with global frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, ISSB.
  • Enhance quality and efficiency of work and contribute to business/team development.
  • Stay up-to-date with UAE, KSA and GCC ESG regulations and international best practices.
  • Develop Net Zero and decarbonisation strategies, identifying emission reduction pathways and decarbonisation opportunities.
  • Independently manage the delivery of projects in a client facing role.
  • Communication / Collaboration: Provide clear instructions to teams, deliver feedback effectively and foster a positive team environment.
  • Assist in preparing proposals when required.
  • Develop KPIs and data collection systems for ESG performance tracking.
  • Provide guidance on ESG integration into corporate governance, risk management, and business operations.
  • Conduct physical and transition climate risk assessments aligned with TCFD and ISO 14091 frameworks.
  • Time Management / Planning: Responsible for overseeing teams and larger projects. Developing advanced project management skills, such as creating comprehensive project plans, managing budgets, and allocating resources effectively.
  • Creativity / Innovation: Actively promote creative thinking within their teams or departments, encouraging colleagues to embrace new ideas and approaches.
  • Support client reporting on climate resilience and adaptation strategies for GRESB, TCFD, and other ESG frameworks.
  • Deliver strategy and advisory consultancy services to AESGs Clients to exemplar levels of quality with a focus on ESG and decarbonisation requirements.
  • Client-centricity and collaboration: Strategically evaluates new opportunities to develop client relationships.

  • Corporate and asset-level GHG inventories, baselining, and target setting in alignment with the globally recognised frameworks like GHG Protocol and SBTi.
  • Leadership / Management skills: Leadership involves effective delegation, strategic planning, and fostering collaboration across teams. Starting to develop coaching abilities.
  • Extensive experience and high-level competencies in specialised areas.
  • Familiarity or interest with Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) and/or Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs)
  • Degree in a relevant subject (Engineering, Sustainable Development, Environment, Business Administration etc.).
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience preferably in real estate, manufacturing, investment, finance industries.
  • Industry Experience / Thought Leadership: Demonstrated expertise in discipline, industry leadership through participation in industry professional groups and conferences and the development of research publications.
  • Project Management / Operational Delivery: Proven expertise in discipline with a track record of numerous projects ($150k) successfully delivered independently with high level of Client feedback. Independently manage complex projects and resolve complex project issues. They lead efforts to streamline cross-functional processes and drive efficiency across the organisation.
  • Experience in ESG reporting and data analysis and regulatory compliance and materiality assessment.
  • Leadership / Team Management Experience: Ability to independently project manage delivery and guide junior team members within the project team or mentoring junior team members / graduates. Provide guidance and leadership to more junior team members.
  • Commercial Acumen / Business Development: Proficiency in creating and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control. Managing relationships with project vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective procurement. Client oriented and contributing to commercial success of the division.
  • Employee Focus / Process Compliance: Skilled in managing employee relations and fostering a positive work environment. Assesses business and operational risks. Ensure proper implementation of regulations.
