- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and variance analysis to support decision-making and provide insights to senior management.
- Maintain general ledger accounts
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for annual audits, reviews, and tax filings
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Undertake special projects and ad-hoc analysis as assigned by leaders
