The successful candidate will integrate the commercial strategy, adapting it as the project evolves, and will influence team members on commercial matters. They will administer contracts, prepare tenders, select and manage sub‑contractors, and oversee the financial progression to final account completion. Regular valuation, certification, invoicing, and timely final account agreement are also required.
Applicants should be proficient in NEC contract administration and possess a solid legal and CVR understanding. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage people and situations sensitively for commercial advantage. A commercially inventive and astute mindset is highly valued.
