The Value Stream Performance Lead (VSPL) is a hands-on business leader who designs and deploys what good looks like across XNRGY’s core value streams. This role represents the business in agile transformation squads, ensuring redesigned processes are best-in-class, maximizes adoption of existing toolsets, eliminates waste, and embeds automation and AI where valuable.
Act as the bridge between day-to-day operations and the transformation team.
Ensure alignment with BMS standards and compliance requirements.
Lead the business-side deployment of new processes within their function.
Ensure all process improvements are documented, standardized, and integrated into the Business Management System (BMS).
Train users, communicate process changes, and ensure readiness for go-live.
Represent the voice of the business during process design and improvement sessions.
Reporting to the Business Transformation Lead, the VSPL sets the value stream improvement targets and defines how they will be met. They track progress, own and ruthlessly prioritize the backlog, and engage closely with Value Stream Owners and Business Process Owners to ensure alignment, representation, and sustained performance.
Establish clear acceptance criteria for process changes and validate improvements against defined outcomes.
Define “best in class” processes using industry benchmarks and operational data.
Execution & Accountability – Follows through on commitments and ensures adoption in operations.
Identify waste, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies across the value stream.
Track adoption and process KPIs post-deployment to verify effectiveness and sustainability.
Adaptability & Initiative – Acts with urgency in a dynamic, evolving transformation context.
Collaboration & Influence – Builds trust across IT and business functions; communicates clearly.
Operational Expertise & Ownership – Deep understanding of business processes and operational constraints.
Analytical & Improvement Mindset – Identifies root causes and drives data-based decisions.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on process leader with strong operational understanding, analytical skills, and a drive for continuous improvement. They balance strategic thinking with execution discipline and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
