Engage directly with clients, design teams, contractors, and approving authorities, representing Arup at site visits and project meetings to maintain quality and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
Act as Project QS on small to medium-sized schemes, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
Deliver strategic procurement advice that drives value and ensures alignment with client objectives across diverse infrastructure and building projects.
Lead the preparation of robust cost estimates and tender documentation, enabling informed decision-making and competitive pricing strategies.
Manage contract administration and post-contract services, ensuring commercial control and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Experienced in managing construction contracts (NEC, Public Works Contracts, FIDIC); and
Excellent report writing and communication skills.
