The Technology Business Partner role drives the transformation of how technology powers the business, acting as a trusted advisor who bridges business needs and technology solutions. The role leads strategic conversations, initiates projects, and designs high‑level solutions across asset lifecycle management, utilities billing, customer experience, corporate systems, and emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and collaborator with a degree in IT or a related discipline. They bring at least five years of technology business partnering experience in complex organisations, can translate business needs into clear, actionable solutions, and are strategic, commercially savvy and passionate about innovation and change.
