What you would be doing

Effective delivery of defined HSE processes, procedures, standards and systems
Carry out investigations of HSE incidents
Undertake and implement safety initiatives on sites
Undertake site inspections and audits in accordance with project audit plan
Report on safety performance of project teams and subcontractors and make recommendations to ensure safe working conditions
Lead training with managers and employees about health and safety issues and risks
Carry out risk assessments, method statements and incident investigations
Gather data from project team members to produce monthly reports
Carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented
Issue NCR’s where appropriate and track remedial actions
Responsible for ISO 9001 and Safe T certification
Provide Health and Safety advice onsite to all operatives
Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

Degree/Diploma in a related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ experience within the construction industry
