Prioritizes DMOs based on level of urgency and service requested.
Receives a variety of inbound calls from customers across the Ft. Benning installation regarding DMO requests for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, grounds services, building monitoring, alarm maintenance, locksmith, and appliance services.
Attend departmental meetings and trainings.
Records caller information and the service requested to input DMOs in Maximo, GFEBS, and ArMA.
Assists with converting Individual Job Order (IJO) 4283 into a DMO service order.
