- Monitor and coordinate project tasks and schedules
- Deliver excellent customer service and follow through on service-related requests
- Communicate with field technicians, subcontractors and customers to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain project files, change order logs, proposals, shop drawings and related documentation
- Coordinate submittals, permits, and shop drawings
- Assist with material orders, staging materials, inventory tracking and bookings
- Analyze and evaluate processes for improved efficiency
- Answer phones, create emergency service call work orders and assist with daily scheduling of service workload

- Familiarity with clerical procedures and customer service practices

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior scheduling or office support experience in construction, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, alarm systems, or mechanical engineering is desired
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Able to pass background and driving record checks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
