The purpose of this role is to install products such as insulation, doors, windows, stairs, cabinets, sinks, or millwork in houses or buildings. The installer ensures each component is placed correctly and meets required specifications.
Individuals holding a Medical Marijuana Card are not eligible for this position because it is safety‑sensitive. Performing duties under the influence of drugs or alcohol could cause serious bodily injury, especially when operating machinery, power tools, working at heights or driving as a regular job function.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Minimum requirements include less than a high school education, up to one month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
The work environment is physically demanding; employees frequently stand, climb, stoop, kneel and lift up to 50 lb regularly and up to 100 lb occasionally. The job requires clear vision at various distances, color and depth perception, and exposure to outdoor weather, moderate noise levels, and occasional fumes or airborne particles.
