Project Manager (Pre Cast Concrete)

Description

This is a key position overseeing the full lifecycle of precast concrete projects — from design coordination, factory production scheduling and logistics, through to installation on site. You will work closely with manufacturing teams, transport/logistics, site managers and clients to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently and to defined quality standards.

• Manage budgets, risk, forecasting and project reporting
• Oversee design reviews, technical queries and interface management
• Ensure all QA documentation, traceability and handover requirements are completed to a high standard
• Manage the planning and delivery of precast concrete packages from production to installation
• Lead installation activities, ensuring compliance with programme, quality and safety targets
• Act as the central point of communication between clients, designers, production teams and site delivery teams
• Coordinate with batching plant and manufacturing facilities to align production schedules with project requirements

A market-leading concrete manufacturer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate the successful delivery of precast concrete solutions from production through to installation on major UK projects. The business operates advanced batching plants and manufacturing facilities, supplying high-performance concrete products to industrial, commercial and infrastructure schemes nationwide.

• Demonstrable project management capability within construction or manufacturing environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience in precast concrete, concrete manufacturing, or structural concrete installation
• Strong technical understanding of precast products, batching processes and installation methodologies
• Commercial awareness and solid understanding of contractual and programme requirements
