WinnCompanies is seeking an adaptable, driven, and highly skilled Regional Maintenance Manager to join the team in Northern California. The role involves overseeing maintenance operations across properties in the region, serving as the primary point of contact for all maintenance personnel, and ensuring compliance with financial controls and regulatory requirements. The manager will maintain curb appeal and interior/exterior standards, lead the maintenance staff, and participate in hiring and coaching.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, 3‑5 years of regional residential maintenance experience overseeing 35 or more properties, and at least three years of supervisory experience. Experience with affordable housing, NSPIRE inspections, budgeting, and general construction or maintenance is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably RealPage. Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and the ability to travel approximately 70% of the time are essential.
Preferred qualifications include HVAC or EPA Universal certification and additional trade certifications.
