Participer à la conception des plans, devis et détails d’équipements de mécanique lourde (vannes, treuils, systèmes de levage, ponts roulants, grues portiques, pièces encastrées, grilles à débris).
Collaborer avec les techniciens et concepteurs pour livrer des solutions efficaces.
Assister aux réunions de projets et contribuer à la rédaction des comptes rendus.
Réaliser des calculs de conception pour assurer la conformité et la sécurité.
Contribuer à la sélection de composants mécaniques et d’assemblages.

Connaissance des principes de conception mécanique et intérêt pour les systèmes hydroélectriques.

Avoir complété au moins 60 crédits au baccalauréat en génie mécanique.
