Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
Firm grasp of Agile development methodologies with the ability to tailor them to the needs of the organization
Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
Experience with issue tracking systems, preferably Jira.
Ability to act independently with limited supervision.
Having Scrum Master certification.
Strong organizational skills
Total 6+ years of experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience running more than one team as a scrum master, as your primary function.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Relevant experience of effectively supporting project teams
Ability to write accurate and concise communications
Ability to work independently in most circumstances and use initiative to propose and implement changes to work practices
