The Project Manager will maintain up‑to‑date project progress and cost data, create and update schedules, and coordinate daily activities with foremen, superintendents, and subcontractors. Responsibilities include managing material requisitions, processing change orders and Additional Work Authorizations, reviewing cost reports, conducting weekly site visits, and ensuring project security and safety. The manager also prepares billing requisitions, maintains project documentation, chairs meetings, and reports monthly on gross‑margin performance.
