Manage the entire project lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout: planning, scheduling, financials, documentation, logistics, and team coordination.
Monitor costs and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Lead full estimating efforts for self-perform concrete projects — including takeoffs, pricing, value engineering, and competitive bids.
Coordinate material and equipment procurement; review and negotiate supplier/subcontractor proposals.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, field leaders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure full compliance with safety standards, site requirements, and best practices.
Conduct post-project reviews to identify wins, lessons learned, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Certifications such as CPR/First Aid, OSHA 30, and Storm Water Operator (or willingness to obtain).
Strong understanding of concrete means & methods, formwork systems, foundations, slabs, specialty concrete, and site logistics.
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, or similar platforms.
Valid driver’s license and ability to visit project sites as needed.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong decision-making skills.
A background check may be required, dependent on jobsite requirements.
5+ years of experience in concrete estimating, project management, or self-perform concrete operations.
