Installers support the crew by preparing manufactured homes, handling materials, and performing basic construction tasks under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Remove protective shipping wrap and store exterior items such as shingles.
- Assist in removing tires, axles, and tongues up to 50 lb.
- Load and unload materials, keep tools and trucks organized.
- Help install vapor barriers and gather materials for piers.
- Perform masonry work beneath manufactured homes.
- Travel to each home site to support construction activities.

Benefits
