Handle maintenance, repairs, and inspections for rental units, delivering timely, quality service.

Tasks
-Coordinate inspections of turnover suites with Customer Care Team -Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting -Ensure to have all tools on the tool list prior to end of probationary period (list provided during interview) -Address Maintenance Requests within 72 hours -Perform on-call emergency maintenance -Assist with snow removal -Ensure contractors complete their work per established quality standards

What You Bring
-Excellent time-management skills -Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment -2 years maintenance service experience required -Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting -Working knowledge of English language both verbal and written -Own reliable vehicle -3 years renovation experience an asset -Vacant suite maintenance and touch ups per established quality standards -Valid driver’s license -Group RRSP matching -Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness -Ability to fix the problem correctly the first time -Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service -Familiarity with technology is an asset -Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
