The primary purpose of the role is to expand T‑Business by developing marketing strategies, conducting market potential studies and research, and generating product requirements and specifications. The incumbent will strengthen the T‑Sale process, define a product range that fits the existing portfolio, and propose new products and pricing for various T‑Packages.
Key duties include creating an effective enquiry management process, training teams on product specifications, coordinating with service managers, area managers, and head office to expand market reach, and providing input for selling tools. The role also involves planning, monitoring, and appraising T‑booking results while maintaining technical knowledge of T packages. Performance is measured by growth in T‑Business, standard package selling ratio, lead‑to‑booking time, sales margins, and the introduction of new products.
Candidates should possess technical knowledge of service functions, business development experience, and familiarity with elevator products. Strong coordination, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills are essential.
