Review all posts payable batches to ensure accuracy of disbursement checks created by the Lease Revenue Analysts when needed.
Retrieve and verify Move-Out Refund Forms (MORF) from the database, ensuring accurate deposit accounting, including coding and amounts, before processing security deposit dispositions.
Collaborate with the accounts payable department and revenue managers for check status and void/reissue requests.
Manage data entry, validation, and chargeback documents for HOA, utilities, and maintenance related to tenant accounts.
Prepare journal entries with supporting documentation for revenue managers and staff accountants as requested.
Lead the team in addressing inquiries and providing resolutions to improve performance, efficiency, and best practices.
Monitor the team dashboard and assist team members as needed.
Produce audit reports to identify and track key metrics as determined by the department director.
Review and audit daily chargeback reports for accuracy and company compliance.
Develop training documents for Lease Revenue Analyst I’s daily duties to ensure consistency and clarity of procedures and expectations.
Perform detailed review and analysis of delinquency reports for cancelled tenants and liaise with revenue managers to explain financial workflows and provide requested information.
